Borrowdale Glamping Terms & Conditions

General

Borrowdale Glamping pods are available to hire Friday to Monday (3 nights) or Monday to Friday (4 nights), the pods are available to you from 3pm on your arrival date and you will be required to vacate by 10am on the departure date.

Deposit

A non refundable deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking, this secures your require dates, the outstanding balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, the customer will lose the deposit, if cancelled within 4 weeks from start date the customer will lose full payment. In both cases we try to re-let it for you and if successful, we will refund the amount recouped. It is advised that Cancellation and Curtailment protection insurance is in place.

Cancellation by owners

In the unlikely event the properties become unavailable due to reasons beyond our control, we will refund the balance, we shall not be under any further liability or obligations.

Cleaning

Guests are responsible for leaving the pods in good order and in a clean condition as found. Any damages or losses must be paid for before departure.

Additional information.

No smoking or pets allowed in the pods.

No additional non paying guests are allowed in the pods.

Noise to be kept to a minimum from 10.30pm
